Yatra Com - Provide full refund or provide 15 kg free baggage

I have been cheated with this flight booking by Yatra. I booked a ticket with Yatra (PNR :MDGJTN) for **th March, but being unwell, I had to reschedule my flight to **th. While rescheduling with Yatra, I went on with the normal and selected the travel date, it showed a bunch of flight options and their timing. I chose the same courier and paid the extra charges of **** Rs. Now after I received my flight ticket email from Goair, I noticed that the baggage column was showing me * kgs.

After noticing this, I talked to the Yatra agent to help me on this, but he is routing me to Goair to pay for extra baggage or said that the tech team should be able to tell this. Now, the baggage charges are *** per kg on the courier, now if I was allowed **kg free baggage in my first booking and I have the ** kg bag, why would I pay another **** Rs after paying so much (Including Yatra rescheduling charges who should take care of these things)? I am not resposible for this. Why? Because-I was never presented with the option to choose Golite fare or the option to choose ** kg baggage fare. I was just provided with the "Book" option to choose only the courier with its flight timing.Normally when you book a new booking, you get baggage and extra details while booking but while rescheduling, I never saw any baggage information, just the timings and in the right side the difference in fare I will have to pay.It's Yatra and it's a website that is responsible for this. If I am traveling so far and carrying luggage, I would never select * kg baggage myself. So either cancel this booking and refund the whole amount or provide me ** kg free baggage that I had in my earlier PNR before rescheduling. I will next be forwarding this to the consumer forum if I am not provided help within ** hours.
