Hello sir/mam,
I have transferred my loan to SBI from LICHFL in February and all the payments are cleared they have given me date of ** April **** for the documents collection.
But due to lockdown I was not able to collect it
But after unlock I am constantly chasing them for the date to collect my documents but still not date has been provided to me and it’s almost * months As they are delaying it
Please look into this matter
