Dear Sir,
Good evening.
I have ongoing home loan with Lichfl from ****, due their high interest rate (**.**%), I want to transfer balance amount from them to another Bank, as per loan disbursement process new bank needs LOD from Lichfl, but as usual Lichfl never respond to their customer, branch manager does not bother to reply on email, customer service just useless, RO office not responding email. Where should I go? Please help me to get LOD details they are not at all cooperating with me.
