SMS Fresh - Proper bulk voice SMS service not provided

On March **, ****, I paid Rs.**,*** for bulk voice SMS service to promote my service. In return, they have added ** Lacs of voice SMS credits to my account. On the very next day, I tried to use the service for **,*** but the company deducted nearly * Lacs of messages from my account. When I called them they said due to some technical issue it happened. Later they revert * Lacs out of * Lacs. Then again on March **th, I paid Rs. **,*** for another ** Lacs of message credits. After ** hours they credited ** Lacs of Message credits to my account. On the first when I spoke with the company marketing executive it was a word he said that If I don't need an invoice I don't need to pay GST. So I agreed to take the service without paying the GST amount. After buying the ** Lacs second time the messages stopped to deliver. After ** days when I called the company team about the issue, they said approximately ** Lacs of messages were in the queue due to the non-payment of GST. I was informed by anyone regarding in these ** days. I lost my business contract just because of the irresponsible team from SMS Fresh Bangalore.
