SMS Fresh - Cheated by stopping service mid way and demanded more money with abuse and threat

The company named SMS Fresh blocked my API for SMS after DLT registration was made compulsory. He blocked the account with * days notification and put pressure to pay extra *K for DLT which is free of cost from a lot of service providers.
On denying, the person named Zeeshan started abusing followed by threats for using the database against my company.
My account with *,**,*** credits was blocked for which the amount was already paid.
This company's GST certificate has been cancelled in **** and still illegally charging GST from its customer. On enquiring, the guy Zeeshan mailed irrelevant things which did not help at all and he misbehaved in writing also.
I want strict action against this company since there are more people who are suffering.
