I recently installed Uber Eats. There was a promotion which was about **% offer on all orders. I added the promotion code and made an order, but to my surprise during the time of checkout it was saying "promotion is not applicable and you will be fully charged". When I tried the in-app help, it was saying promotions are disabled for this account due to illegal use of offers. I have never used any offers illegally. The very such statement has depressed me and moreover I am not able to use any offers now. When I e-mailed Uber about the same, I got no response from them. Could I get a solution for this?
