Independent Tv - Promised channel not showing

My consumer no is ***************. I purchased it in the month of ** January ****, for the plan of * year. The free service of channel list given but after * month my important channels stopped working. Out of that which is of no use to continue with Independent TV then I started calling customer care never expected such worst customer care service in other industry. They just playing with me and disconnecting calls no proper information given to me.
I am expecting those many channels for me, if you want to remove channels from my consumer id, I will give a list of channels which is required for me.
