I bought Mystery box from Smytten during black friday sale. They promised that minimum worth of products in box is ₹**** which can go upto ₹****+. But in reality they sent products of worth ₹*** approx. I complained to the company but they kept asking for more time to resolve the issue. After ** days of emailing they said that they are offering ₹*** coupon, and I refused as I wanted them to fulfill the promise, not getting any monetary reward. Next day they said that they'll give me ₹*** to my source account from which I've paid. I was not asking about any money. I only want what they promised, a good Mystery box. But ever since they never replied me back
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
