Justdail - Promise not delivered

Is JustDial Omni a scam? Beware of executives that promise your offers and get you to sign contracts and later goes missing. I have been a victim. And the best part is, no one in Justdial cares about it! These guys are about scam and shame! I am disappointed with the way customers are left stranded and unattended. Take note of this guy from JustDial!

I am a justdial Omni service subscriber. I had subscribed to this service (www.dance***.in) last year for a lifetime offer, with annual maintenance completely waived. Now my services to the website are blocked. I wrote to the website team and got a revert that there is no such offer or promise is being made. On demanding, they shared the executive number with me.
This executive has promised me unconditional lifetime waiver of annual mainitenance if I make the payment within the offer period. He got the deal and ever since I have been asking for the contract papers and he has been dodging my phone calls and message. Since three weeks he has been promising today or tomorrow. But no action, except for shallow promises. My business depends on online services these days and expected to have some important visitors. He does not heed to my issues except for collecting money. I feel cheated and let down. I am not getting help from any of the folks so far. I feel let down.
