The owner of the business listed with them didn't have the knowledge of the process. The agents scammed the owner into the process of ECS by fraudulently sharing bank details. I just want to stop the process of ECS and stop/delete my account.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
