I am a JioFiber subscriber, and my broadband/WiFi service has been completely non-functional for the past * days. Despite raising multiple service requests and contacting customer support several times, the issue has not been resolved. I am continuing to pay for a service that is not being provided, causing significant inconvenience and disruption to my daily activities.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
