Go Mechanic - prolonged delay in refunding my payment after cancelling my order by the company itself without any

I placed a prepaid order on "Go Mechanic Spares" on *st Jan **** and paid an amount of Rs **** for rare shockers of my car with order ID GMDXU******. The company cancelled my order in the pretext of non availability of the product on **th Jan **** and told me that my amount would be refunded to me by ** Jan ****. but till date they didn't refund my amount to me. the executive's responds indecently when I ask for my refund.
