This is regarding the order number NYK-*********-******* placed on * September **** but i didn't receive any product till now and the status being wrongly updated to unsuccessful delivery as not able to contact. I have been keep on chasing but no proper action and resolution was given and they are not even allowing to cancel. I need my refund.
