I have spoken to supervisors Associates managers raised multiple complaints which have been closed by technical problems and I am fed up of contacting Flipkart they are not helping me it is causing me a lot of mental stress has been * months that they fail to deliver deliver * products which is coming up to **** *** rupees so and fed up of contacting them I Praise multiple complaints to their redressal teams and different departments but nobody has helped me till now and was causing me a lot of mental stress they don't seem to understand what's my problem they keep talking about some *** refund that they done long time back it does not relate to my question the staff are totally uneducated rude hang up on me and do not help me in anyway so I do want anybody to go ahead with Flipkart if at all the product is delivered to you if I told you are not getting the product then definitely I would not recommend anyone to go ahead with a company like Flipkart because they are horrible Amazon is ** times amazing because they proactively refund customer if they know they have failed to deliver product but unlike Amazon Flipkart is the worst organisation would never recommend any good friend or anybody to go ahead with this organisation as per the experience I had I bought many products from them are used in out to buy groceries stuff like that but I would never want you guys or anybody to go ahead with the organisation that cheats customers treat them like shit that the worst experience which has caused me mental stress and I am working as well I tried contacting the my contact them on my week or have calling the day in day out but they did not help me please guys don't follow Flipkart don't buy anything from the cheetahs this is if you're paying for it in advance that's a very big problem please place cash on delivery order so that you don't have a risk involved and don't try zest money with Flipkart because this money also will not help you in this case I have contacted them and explain my situation but they don't seem to understand they forcing me to pay for an EMI for the product that I never got in my hand so you can imagine paying for something that you did not get that's what Flipkart is all about
