Shopsy - Products not delivered refund not credited while asking for refund account blocked

I ordered huge quantity of the products from shopsy they mentioned like minimum quantity * or ** like that so I ordered * procuts *is quantity of ** and * one is quantity of ** and * one is quantity of * and * one is quantity of * and * is quantity of * but they deliverd only one one quantity in each product reaming are missing total i orderd quantity of ** but i received only * produts remaining ** products missing while im asking for return they blocked my account
