We ordered a combo of two Kurtis from Peenar.com and what delivered are not the same products. I tried raising a refund as per given steps in the website but there is no button on the website to initiate any refund. I have sent an email on their email address but again no replies. They are not even picking calls. I have order products worth Rs **** and the products delivered are not even of that worth. I need my money back. Please help and take strict action against them as they are doing this most of the people through Facebook. You can check people comments on their page. I need a full refund of my amount. Please help.
