My BoAt wired earphones had a problem in one of the earpieces... The product had * year warranty until June ****... I raised the complaint in May, well within the warranty period, my product was picked up in * days time....After that I have been calling BoAt customer care every week, they kept giving me one or the other reasons. And now when the warranty period is over, they have suddenly come up with a vague reason saying that a suspicious activity is found (don't know where) and my ticket is invalidated.
I bought BoAt product as it came with a warranty, I paid more to get services from the company.... If Aman Gupta is sitting on the company's success over the frustrations of his customers, then shame on him....

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
