Takesuper.com - product was not delivered

I had ordered * M* fitness band from TakeSuper website on *th July and made online payment. from that day I am not able to track my order because it is showing 'Processing' as status in my order list. I also contacted through mail for giving me track for my product but they replied within ** h they will provide me info what I ask but still not get any kind of mail from the company. frequently i was sending emails but there is no response from them.
