I ordered * LED Lights and one camera stand. The payment of Rs.***/- was paid on *.*.**** that was acknowledged by an SMS giving order no.*****. But till daye I have neither received any information from them nor the items ordered. Now unable to check the status but not able to conect them through their website. Payment Acknowledgement is attached. I hope to get my refund through you. I am a Senior Citizen and paid from my pension.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
