Fth Daily - Product was not delivered

I have very very bad experience with FTH Daily. I got SNS from FTHDaily that if I order Rs ** or more on **th or **th, I would get free water melon Kiran. I ordered product worth Rs ** but I did not receive free product. After multiple email and call follow up, I got reply that there was technical error due to that free product was not delivered and it was told if I order again ** or more, I would get tender coconut.
My question is that if something was committed then why it was not delivered? You can deliver it later if technical issues or refund the amount in my wallet. Why I have to purchase again to available another offer?
Please look into ASAP and resolve. This is not the service we as a customer suppose to expect from FTH Daily.
