Myntra - Product was half missing and return request is not accepting

I ordered a Chicco Girls White & Navy Blue Printed Top with Leggings for kids. My product was missing half part(the blue leggings) when I received it. I tried to place return request several times yet it got rejected. I complained about it numerous times to Myntra but they are not responding. They are telling me that they have initiated return for the incorrect/missing product but they have not sent the return request to the logistic team hence the logistic team is declining request every time. The logistic team are comparing the current product with the picture displayed on the website and that's absolutely ridiculous. They are not having any quality check before I receiving the product. The returned products are in the same state as received. How can products with inadequate quality be delivered and then forcing customers to keep it by declining the requests? I didn't get any refund of my order.
