Mivi Thunder Beats wireless earphones - Product was defected

I have ordered a mivi thunderbeats on ** Sep **** and received it On ** Sep **** and when I have opened my pacakage everything was ok but when I tried to connect those with my phone if failed even I tried it to connect with * other phones also but it fails,the problem was when I turn on it with its middle button it says pairing mode is on but in my phone bluetooth menu mivi thunderbeats pairing option is not coming and same problem is occurring with two other phone also.
Then I have contact to mivi customer care they said me please clear cahe of your phone bluetooth and repair it I tried there method also but still same problem I have charged those earphone fully and try to connect them but same problem and I have again mail them day before yesterday but they are not replying me and I have said them I want to replace these earphone but they are just ignoring me.
So please help me out
