Last year October, I bought a pair of Duopods m** bluetooth headphones from Mivi. I was very satisfied with the product but in April the right one started giving trouble. It had a battery issue so I mailed them on **th April describing my issue. I was asked to hand in the product and it would be fixed within ** days. To my surprise the day kept on extending. I repeatedly asked them for the status but they always bluntly replied saying 'We have received your product" and asked me to be patient. After almost *.* months it came back but with the issue unsolved. They claimed to have fixed the issue but it was in the same condition as before. Though it was in the warranty I did not receive a proper repair nor a replacement. I am really disappointed with Mivi.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
