Dear sir/ Madam,
This is Muralidharan from Chennai - Ambattur .
*) I raised the Complaint against on Redmi *** cm (** inches) *K Ultra HD Android Smart LED TV X**|L**M*-RA (Black) (**** Model) , Due to display failure *n **.**.****.
*) A serviced Team came and validated and found that the Display Panel had been Failure on **.**.***** . I got information from them that the concern will be closed on or before **.**.**** as the last date from customer Team .
*) I followed the Customer care team more than **+ times Via Phone call , still they are providing a single reply that your concern will be closed soon like that , But still No Update,SMS,mail etc regarding that . but I'm only following them .
*) And again I contacted the customer Taem then they provided the one more date as *nd Dead line on **.**.****. But still No Update,SMS,mail etc regarding that .
*) I want to know whether You are able to solve the concern or Not . Should I move to the next level of Consumer court? waiting for the solution not for the reply .
