Xiaomi Redmi TV - Got defected TV and no response from company

I purchased Redmi X** TV from Amazon, it got delivered on *th June. When I started the tv and noticed the TV has defect there is waves of lines goes from bottom to top. I raised complain on the same day *th June only and requested for replacement. I got call from a technician he told to send video of the issue I already sent to him bit now there no any response from the company not even a call or mail from them. The days are passing now. It is not *k or *k product, it's a **k product. It is not easy to collect the money for this type of products. It's not easy to answer family that why you bought this product. I am like cursing my self everyday because of this. I can't survive with this.
