I had placed an order for boat rockerz *** active black bluetooth earphones from boat website with **% discount obtained from CRED. The product was ordered at a rate of ***INR and order ID was #*****. After a day I received a mail from boat that order was placed and the AWB number was given. After * days, I see from the AWB that the product was returned to the retailer. After following up with the boat, that was by only e-mailing to support.boat (since their customer support number is always inactive), I was informed that there was a duplicate order, hence one is canceled and they have placed another. Finally, I was given the AWB number for a new order and the order was delivered. The item that is delivered is a defective one since its battery goes down in an hour if songs are heard from it. Now I tried several times to register the product for a warranty claim, they neither reverted via e-mail nor any call from them regarding warranty claim. Fed up of chasing them for weeks. It seems that I wasted up my money in placing an order for **% discount.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
