Dear Sir/Madam,
I have purchased Kenstar RO water purifier from Flipkart on dated **-**-**. After receipt of the water purifier Kenstar installation team visited & done the installation. At the time of installation I observed that the copper water filter is not available inside the filter & same had been informed to the installation person. But he didn't take it seriously.
Then from the date of purchasing I am taking follow up for return & refund from Flipkart on mails & through their app. But harrasment of ** days, now they have closed the return window of product.
Request you to please look into the same & take appropriate actions to recover the payment.
