I ordered the below item of size XXXL of quantity *. Whatever we received is not even of size XL. Only Kids can sit on it. We initiated return for the product but it was rejected saying product delivered is correct as tag in the product is XXXL.
We trust by the size they claim and product as shown while purchasing . Usually with XXXL , one can sleep on it but whatever they delivered is not even comfortable to sit.
Is it a trap for the customers to sell their cheap & unsold products??
