My mother ordered a dress from Meesho app. The product had color mismatch and is not of a good quality. Hence she returned the product but refund is not processed for that yet. It's been ** days since the pickup but no amount is reflect also I shared my bank statement with them to confirm that I haven't received the amount yet they haven't sent it after promising me that they would be sending it in * days since the second complaint
