Dear Sir/Madam.
We purchased two pieces of PREMIUM NEW DRAWER from the Meesho app for Rs. ***/- per piece, but the product received only one piece instead of two.
We paid the delivery person a total of Rs. *** for two pieces. After that, we called the delivery person on the same day, but he didn’t give us a proper answer and we received product quality that was not good, so we cancelled, but the money was refunded for only one piece instead of two.
When we contacted Meesho customer service, they promised to reimburse the money to our bank account; however, they required my bank account number, which we sent on **-NOV-** but as so far the refund money has not been received yet. So we followed up with the Meesho team again, and they informed us that they were “unable to process the payment because for you is not eligible in terms of our Fair Usage Policy.".
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
