Myntra India - Product Return On Hold

I've returned a product in original condition with outer packaging and inner packaging but why they hold the product is I don't have product tag but actually I've submitted there tag that was on the inner bag that has all information about the product and even price includes on that tag... And somewhere i read that they accept product without tag also ... But I've submitted ny tag even they hold my product... Disappointed
