Tata Cliq - Product return not being processed

I ordered a Canon ****d DSLR cam on *th Dec **** and it got delivered on *th, but the package seal was open and memory card was missing. also, the wifi name is not default and has someone else's name registered in it. so it is clear that the cam has previously been used by someone else. I raised a return request on **th. but till date that is not processed. when I call thier customer care they say someone will call me in * days and approve return... but I did not get any call. also, I was asked to submit pics of product which I did... I am awaiting the return to be approved and to get my refund
