Meesho services are very bad and their process is like to just provide the goods. If we registered for any exchange or cancel then they will goes on changing the pick-up date. Every time you call them they will create a complain number and then they will ask you to wait for *-* days. This process continues but never your product will get picked up.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
