We have placed an order on Dmart Ready online Portal for Household items. Out of which, * Products worth Rs. ***/- were missing at the time of delivery. We have logged a complaint with D-mart Ready for remaining product delivery but evern after **-** days they didnt delivered it stating the products are not available. finally we asked for refund & shared our UPI ID for refund. After * days only received refund of Rs. **/- Delivery fees. The actual product refund is still pending. When asking about expected resolution; they are not sure about it.
