DMart a renowned retail chain indulged in unfair trade practice by charging Rs. * for the carry bag. Despite providing a free carry bag for customers who have purchased goods from the store. They have collected amounts. Added to this the carry bag is bearing its advertisement which clearly shows that the Company uses me as an advertising agent for its business. This is purely deficiency in services.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
