House of lehengas - Product received of cheap quality and different pattern

I ordered a lehenga from houseoflehengas.com on * May ****. I received the product within a week but disappointed as the lehenga was not at all resembling the one I placed an order for. It was of cheap fabric and entirely different colours and pattern. I made several attempts to return my lehenga. So as per the company policy I tried to contact them via email and Facebook but did not receive any response from there side. Now it's been more than ** days and after several attempts to approach the company to get my refund. I am forced to file a complaint against this online shopping website i.e.houseoflehengas.com
