Prathmesh Acharya filed complaint against BOAT on Jun 7, 2023
I ordered boAt atom ** earbuds from Flipkart on Friday * jun **** and the ordered came at the next day ,Saturday afternoon, i asked the delivery guy to open the delivery and it's seal was open so he took it back and replaced it .
The replacement came on Monday * jun **** and it was too defective,both the earbuds were not pairing at the same time because both the earbuds were from different earphone cases put in single earphone case .
After reading the manual and many youtube videos i came to the conclusion that they ( Flipkart) have given a defective product .
I asked them to pickup and replace the product but Flipkart is saying that the seller cannot replace the product .
Flipkart did mistake twice while delivering.
I'm confused ,What should I do
