I am appalled to inform you that in my last order I have been charged twice the price acceptable. This is making my life very difficult, especially as it a product I buy regularly. The price on the website is Rs. *** whereas the market price for the same product is only Rs. ** (excluding delivery charges).
After placing my order, the delivery person eventually arrived at the house * days after the product was ordered. Unfortunately, he was unaware of the conundrum and couldn't possibly fix the problem because the price mentioned on the bill was Rs. *** + Delivery Charges! I am now extremely unhappy about the situation because as mentioned earlier, the MRP for the product is Rs. **.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
