Myntra - Product picked up still amount not refunded

I received the product on *th September ****, on the same day evening as
the the product was small for me and it's was showing out of stock
therefore I requested for return pickup. Next day I got this message at
around ** am on * September "Out for pickup: Your Tokyo Talkies Dresses is
expected to be picked up today by our partner (Phone Number:
+************; Pin: ********** if prompted) . Please keep it ready in an
unsealed packet."

When the courier person person came to pick up packet was given to him. He
checked it properly and told that you will get refund message on your
phone. No slip was given as generally the pickup person don't give us any
slip.

After that at around *:**pm I received a message "Return On Hold: Your
return request for Tokyo Talkies Dresses has been put on-hold as it did not
pass our

quality check. Please contact our customer care for further help by
clicking here http://mntr.se/o*gx******v" on my phone. I tried calling the
pickup person several times but he didn't picked up call once.

I hv been shopping with Myntra since many years this kind of issue has
never arised. Request you to look into the matter on urgent basis.
I hv cctv cameras at my place if the courier person has lost the dress and
proving that the dress has not been given or a different dress is given
then I hv to file a case against that person.
This is a kind of harrassment which the customer is suffering without any
mistake from my part.
I once again request you to look into the matter and refund my balance back
into my account.
Now Myntra is saying that refund can't be done because product was not picked up.
