I had ordered drying cloth stand and AWB No is ************* . Delivery boy has taken product and not updated to meesho. so they are rejecting to refund my money. Its their responsibility to track the delivery person because its their partners not ours. So they have to return our money at any cost. please solve this. Delivery boy has not given any slip or message. He is telling i have updated. but he is also not picking call. so they have to track him and do something

I have returned my item on ** October to pickup person shared the OTP also before returning which i received but I still didn't get any refund yet. Also in the portal the status is still showing as return initiated
