Italian Vega - Product order is returned but no refund recieved

Janmejaya Sahu filed complaint against Italian Vega on Nov 5, 2024

I ordered * products, a shirt and a pant from Italian Vega website on dt.**/**/****. When I tried it, I found * problems with the product. The product were short on me and the material was of polyester which was not comfortable on me.
So I placed a return on the same day when I recieved it.
After repeated followup and email chains, finally my order got picked up and till date I am not receiving my refund amount.
My emails and calls are not getting answers.
