I purchase aproduct from syvo July *th through amazon, product name is 'syvo flex Bluetooth headset *.*'.it is not working yet.i clam for warranty many times and also call customer care service they didn't take the phone calls and Not give a reply to my email. so ,I'm mentally and financially disappointed and lossed my time.i want a immediate action against amazon and syvo.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
