Syvo - Not cancelling the order

I had Ordered a tripod from syvo. They are not cancelling the order now and not picking up the call too. I called the number written in the contact us section, one guy picked up the call and when asked to cancel he told you cannot the cancel the order, got to your account and cancel but I never created an account. ordered as a guest account. i have mailed them twice but they arent replying me back.
