Panasonic ac - Product not working

From the very first of purchase it had the fault then it was send back to the company and no result was found after the repair and I visited the workshop of Panasonic where their was no hearing there i met Mr masoom rizvi he was the manager over their now please get back your garbage box and remove my tension because i can live without the ac but can't bear such kachre ka dabba in my house .I still promise one thing that I will tell the reality of your product as many people as I can .
