Had initiated a return of a product ( ALDO Men Navy Leather Sneakers ) on **/**/**** which i had ordered on myntra.com , and it was picked up * days later. On the same day i got a call that the quality check had failed and they assured me i would get my original product back. Its been * months with back and forth email exchanges and i have still not received my product. Every time i contacted them they kept insisting that the issue was on high priority and they would get back with an update after *-* days , i still did not get any updates from them and i had to contact them in order to get some response so i got the exact same reply for the past * months asking me to give them *-* days and is still havent been assured of return of my product.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
