Faiz Ahmed recently I bought a mobile which is Asus Zenfone Max Pro m* with order id OD****************** and I got a defective product because that time it was heating a lot while charging and speaker was not working so I raised my issue on flipkart which flipkart denied to take the responsibility to replace my device, and very annoying they blocked my flipkart account also by saying that I'm using their policy inappropriately so they are blocking my account..then after I'm still trying to raise the complaint against them n patiently waiting for something to happen....my linked email with flipkart is. faiz*******@gmail.com which they are still blocking so that I can't even contact then....and my contact no. Is ********** which is also registered with flipkart.. I'll be greatfull to you guys if you resolve the issue please either refund or replace my product please take quick actions cause i have been waiting for a long time. Please help me sir I'll be greatfull to you once you resolve my issue thankx
