I have purchased noise colorfit icon buzz smartwatch on *th may ****. Now the battery was not charging.I have raised the complaint on June *st in noise website. They have said to pay Rs. *** for service charge. I have paid the same amount in June *th.my product was picked up by the Bluedart courier partner on **th June. My product was delivered to noise warehouse on **th June as per the courier partner tracking.. Tracking I'd is ***********.
But the status not yet updated in noise website till now. Continuously I was following the customer care service centre for past ** days Response not received properly.status also not updated..
Kindly do the needful
