I am filing this complaint to report a serious issue with a defective product—Noise Newly Launched Buds Trooper in-Ear True Wireless Earbuds—which I had purchased via Amazon (Order ID: ***-*******-*******, Invoice No: AMD*-******* dated **.**.****).
The product became completely non-functional within a week of purchase. It no longer connects to any device, despite all troubleshooting attempts. As a practicing advocate at the Madhya Pradesh High Court, I had specifically purchased these earbuds for professional purposes such as virtual court hearings and online proceedings. The malfunction has caused significant disruption to my professional obligations.
In view of the above, I am seeking the following redressal:
Compensation of ₹**,*** for professional loss and mental harassment
