Mivi duo pods - PRODUCT NOT REPAIRED WHEN COVERED IN WARRANTY

I HAD PURCHASED A PRODUCT FROM FLIPKART LAST AUGUST, WHICH WAS MIVI DUOPODS. IN THE MONTH OF JULY ****, I STARTED FACING PROBLEMS. IT WAS A CHARGING ISSUE AND THERE WAS A BULGE IN THE CASE , WHEN I CHARGED THE DEVICE ITSELF. I CONTACTED MIVI FOR THE ISSUE. THEY TOLD ME TO SHIP THE PRODUCT TO TELENGANA , WHICH IS BY THE WAY THE ONLY SERVICE CENTRE FOR SUCH A CASE. NO THIRD PARTY SERVICING ETC. I HAD TO COURIER THE PRODUCT TO THEM WHICH COST ME *** RS. THEY KEPT THE PRODUCT FOR MORE THAN A MONTH AND SENT BACK THE PRODUCT AS IT IS. THEY CHANGED THE CASE BUT DIDNOT FIX THE ISSUE WITH THE DUOPODS ITSELF. AFTER *, *.* MONTHS AFTER RECIEVING THE PRODUCT. I AGAIN CONTACTED THEM, BTW IT TAKES THEM ATLEAST A WEEK TO REPLY TO A SINGLE MAIL. THEY TOLD ME TO SEND THE PRODUCT BACK TO THEM. THIS TIME I WAS IN BANGALORE , SO THERE WAS A PICKUP OPTION AVAILABLE , WHICH MEANS I NEED NOT PAY THE COURIER CHARGES. THE DELHIVERY PICKED THE PACKAGE FROM BANGALORE AND SENT IT TO TELENGANA FOR THE SECOND TIME NOW. AGAIN * MONTH TIME PASSED. THERE WAS NO PROPER REPLY FROM THEIR SIDE. AFTER AGAIN A MONTH FROM SENDING I RECIEVED THE PARCEL. GUESS WHAT THEY DID!!! THEY SENT ME * DIFFERENT EARPOD. LEFT WAS FROM ONE SET AND RIGHT WAS FROM OTHER SET. HOW DO YOU KNOW THAT?? WHEN YOU OPEN YOUR BLUETOOTH SECTION IN YOUR PHONE. THERE IS * DIFFERENT MIVI DUOPODS SHOWN . AS YOU CONNECT ONE RATHER THAN SINKING WITH THE ONE, THE OTHER ONE DISCONNECTS.
AGAIN I SENT MIVI A MAIL AS THERE IS NO DIRECT CONTACT NO. THERE IS ONE BUT IF YOU CALL THAT NUMBER, IT AGAIN PROMPTS YOU TO MAIL.
SO I RECIEVE A MAIL A WEEK LATER THAT WE CANNOT FIX THE ISSUE AS THE WARRENTY DATE HAS BEEN SUPERSEDED.
AS I HAD BOUGHT THE PRODUCT ON AUG ****. BUT WHAT YOU HAVE TO NOTE IS I HAVE BEEN FACING THIS PROBLEM SINCE AND BEFORE JULY. I HAD CONTACTED AND SENT YOU THE PRODUCT BEFORE THE WARRANTY DATE AND THE PRODUCT WAS NOT FIXED BY YOU IN THAT TIME. WHO'S FAULT IS THAT. I HAVE ALL THE RELEVENT COMMUNICATIONS WITH THE GOOD FOR NOTHING MIVI CUSTOMER SERVICE.
THIS IS MY PROBLEM.
