Actually I want to replace my duo pods because they are not working properly so i complaint to mivi by email and the earpods also taken for replacement by bluedart company they reached to mivi and they also send it for check up but its about more than one and half month they are not replying my email and also i didn't get any information about my product from them.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
